Production and dispatch

Every Fuzka name sign, keychain and magnet is made to order. Our current dispatch estimate is 1–3 working days after order confirmation. This is production time, separate from transit time. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are sent with tracked delivery. Your tracking number is sent by email when the order ships. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier; any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Free shipping applies automatically when the eligible product subtotal after discounts reaches the destination's threshold. The storefront uses your selected country; checkout confirms the final rate for your delivery address. Destinations not listed are not currently available.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur local import duties, taxes or customs fees. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 working days, your order has not arrived as expected, or it arrives damaged, contact fuzka.store@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
