1. Overview
This website is operated by Fuzka ("we", "us", "our"), based in Portugal. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the site.
2. Products and personalization
Our products are made-to-order, personalized display pieces manufactured from PLA and finished with UV-applied colour. Product images are illustrative; small variations in colour and finish can occur between the on-screen preview and the physical product.
When personalizing a product you agree not to submit text that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order whose personalization we consider inappropriate.
3. Affiliation disclaimer
Fuzka is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any football club, league, or federation. Club selections are used solely to describe the personalization options of the product.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Orders
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you receive a full refund.
Because products are personalized and enter production shortly after ordering, changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible at fuzka.store@gmail.com if you need to change an order.
6. Delivery, returns, and withdrawal
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and the legal right of withdrawal — including its exclusion for personalized goods under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU — are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, text, graphics, and the Fuzka name and wordmark — is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Consumers in the EU also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Portugal or, for EU consumers, the courts of their country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
